Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using University Inside ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

User Accounts

To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality available on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the intellectual property of University Inside or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

University Inside, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to errors or omissions in content, loss of data or profits, personal injury or property damage, unauthorized access to your transmissions or data, and statements or conduct of any third party on the platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. Sections related to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law shall survive termination.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
